I’ve been with the plant for nineteen years, my entire working life. I came to work here immediately after graduating from vocational school. Apart from stability, Stoilensky has given me plenty of life experience. Thanks to the plant’s social programmes I visited many places in Russia, broadening my outlook through new experiences. I’m happy to see that the plant has not just remained the same either. I think that becoming part of NLMK Group was a big step forward: both production and the everyday lives of the workers have moved on to a new level; besides, looking after the health and welfare of employees became a priority. I like my job, it enables me to enjoy my life
