NLMK Group’s plant gives me stability and confidence in the future, which is important. My parents worked at the plant, and I followed in their footsteps. I got a job here right after university, and I am happy with my choice. I’m proud to work at a plant that is part of NLMK Group, one of the largest groups of companies specialising in metals. Right now I feel that I’m a small part of a very big system which opens up new business opportunities and offers excellent prospects for young talent. Getting this job was a huge step in my career. It’s an opportunity to get invaluable experience and then use my expertise to the full extent.
