Working at NLMK Group makes me feel part of something really grand. Serving as Russia’s shield in this strategically important industry, we mine millions of tonnes of ore, before processing it into steel. It’s an honour for me to feel this sense of strength and participate in this process. We strive to grow, to be ever better at what we do. For the past eleven years, I have learned something new and acquired new expertise every day, and I’ve been doing this for the good of the plant. I feel proud to be part of this important process. My profession requires me to visit all the shops throughout the production process, the most remote corners of the plant’s premises, so I’ve seen the entire process and I want to tell you that Stoilensky and the mine are breathtakingly beautiful.
