I'm working at Stoilensky since October 2008. During this time, I realized that I was in the right place, because my work is directly related to my interests. Which include geology, hydrogeology, paleontology. Working in NLMK Group gives an opportunity to develop. The plant supports the youth, there is room to grow, to aspire to. I think each of us contributing to the common cause, helps the Group to take a leading position in the mining industry. And we are proud of the success of the company, as this is our achievement as well. I am sure that having such capacity, NLMK will flourish, and experienced professionals who know their business will have a stable job. Understanding this gives me confidence in the future, because NLMK Group is an effective team that sets goals and achieves them.
